Results
from the March 2012 Quarterly New Hampshire Poll are now
available.
NH residents rate NH business conditions,
their personal finances, John
Lynch, and Barack Obama.
The first New Hampshire
Poll was completed over 35 years ago and while the political
players
in the state have changed,
the major issues have not. In December 1976, concern over high
property taxes was the most
important problem facing the state and voters were opposed
to a state sales tax and a state income
tax. Voters were also opposed to state-run gambling. For a
look back at some of the numbers
and players, go to December 1976. |
